- Items must be unused, unstitched, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Fabrics that have been cut, stitched, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for return or refund.
- Sale and discounted items are non-returnable.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the desired item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
